Arcotel Rubin

It is a great hotel in the St George area of Hamburg which is about 10 minutes
from all the main attractions. The hotel itself is very smart and had a refurbishment
recently, the staff is very friendly and helpful and also very knowledgeable about
the local area. 

Park Hyatt Hamburg

It is an impressive hotel with old world charm occupying the top 8 floors of the
historic "Levantehaus" (shops, restaurants). Friendly staff on check in and in the
bar is extremely helpful. The rooms are very modern - sleek lines and an 'unusual'
dividing between the bed area and the bathroom. The rooms have a separate
shower and are first class. 

Steigenberger Hamburg

This is a pleasant, elegant hotel in Hamburg with modern, comfortable, well-appointed
rooms. The rooms are about average size for European hotels. There is a good
restaurant in the hotel with very reasonable prices. The location of the hotel is good,
on the Alter Wall. It's about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the major shopping areas,
depending on how fast you walk.
